The office is closed most of the time, so the only reliable way to reach them is by phone. Here’s how my experience went: I visited the office in person, but no one was there. I called them, but they didn’t pick up the first time. After two hours, I called again, and they finally answered. They asked me to send my document via email, so I did. After reviewing it, they told me the cost and asked for my address for confirmation. Then, they requested that I bring the original document in person. I went at the scheduled time, and they took about 10 minutes to finalize the translation. The translator even offered me a free drink while I waited and gave me a small discount on the price. In the end, I was satisfied with the service. Just make sure to call ahead and book an appointment!
